Printed and shipped local to you, to support your local community and the environment.

All pet portraits can take between 2 – 5 days to be created by our talented artists depending upon the circumstances as outlined below. This can increase during busy sales periods for example November to December.

 All pet portraits are subject to an internal quality assurance and your approval which is why we quote 1 to 2 weeks as an estimate of time to delivery at checkout.

We send all customers an artwork proof for approval, so the faster the pet portrait is approved the quicker the portrait is shipped.

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. a new pet photo is needed), this understandably will extend the time taken to create the pet portrait.

If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days after approval please contact us so we can rectify any issues.

We offer 'same day posting’ as a paid for expedited service - United Kingdom only.  This option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for portrait creation and upgrades the potage to Royal Mail first class.

Please note – we are unable to control the time taken for delivery once shipped.

United States of America – 5 to 7 days.

Australia – 7 to 10 days.

Returns Policy

Every pet portrait we create has been lovingly created personally for you and your pet, the nature of the personalisation of the product means that we are unable to offer returns.

If you are unhappy with your final product please do not hesitate to contact us on customer service@yorkshirepetportraits.info or message us on Facebook or Instagram. We pride ourselves on our levels of customer satisfaction and will always endeavour to make sure you are happy with your final portrait.

If you have received the wrong product, size or it was damaged in transit we will of course replace it without question. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

If you have placed an order within 24 hours and you have changed your mind you can cancel within 24 hours. If 24 hours has passed please contact us and we will use our discretion to come to a decision. The reason for the 24 hour time period is that our artists will often begin work on your portrait the next working day.

Approval Process

We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your custom pet portrait which is why we offer “happiness guaranteed”. Once your artwork is created, we will send you a proof for approval. At this stage you can request any amendments or alterations. As soon as approval is received, we will print and ship your precious pet portrait to you.

If after approval has been sought, we have not heard from yourselves within 5 days we will assume you are happy with your portrait and print and ship your artwork.
