Description

Our beautiful, 100% organic cotton tote bags have a large capacity of 11l, the dimensions are 38cm X 42cm. The fabric is a sophisticated and contemporary plain weave, weighing only 120g it is easy to transport and lightweight. The print area is a generous 27cm X 27cm.

Image Guidelines

To make sure your pet portrait is perfect we’ve put together a few top tips to help you get the best picture for use:

Clean the phone or camera lens with a soft cloth
Ideally take in natural light or in bright light – the light should be behind you
Try to position the camera level with the pet or make sure the pet is looking up, we find ham works well as a bribe, try to match the position and posture of the chosen costume
Zoom in on the photo to make sure it’s clear and sharp and not blurry
Any questions or if you’re not sure if it will work you can contact us via messenger to check or leave a note on the order

Packaging and Delivery

Please stick to the shipping and delivery timeline we offer at checkout as the final 'expected' delivery timeline.

All pet portraits generally take 2-5 days to be created. This can increase slightly during busy sales periods for example November to December.

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. a new pet photo is needed), this understandably will extend the time taken to create the pet portrait.

We offer 'same day posting’ as a paid for expedited service. This option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for portrait creation and upgrades the potage to Royal Mail first class.

Please note – we are unable to control the time taken for delivery once shipped.
